We have performed updates to Greens247 website in response to the feedback requests received from our customers. These updates will enhance the user's experience when managing their account. Read for more information on how to utilize these updates to your advantage.
Customers that option in to receive notifications from Greens247, receive all email notification types by default. The opposite is true for additional contacts that are manually added by the customer, they are set to receive no email notifications.
The new update enables a customer / additional contact to customize their Email Preferences from their account portal. New check boxes in the account setting controls a group or type of emails that a client will receive. Unchecking a box to will simply stop that email type being sent to the account holder.
Ticket Service Association
Customers can now associate a particular service to a ticket aid technical support staff in helping them better and faster. This is also very useful in order to help us perform our quality audits, and further improve the quality of our service to customers.
Ticket Feedback Request
Ticket feedback request Emails now contain the subject of the ticket and a summary of the ticket message. Ticket feedback request Emails were sent to customers in order to provide them with a link to a page where they can submit their feedback so we can improve our service. Customers found it difficult to identify what the ticket was about, because the Email contained no human readable information to identify the ticket apart from the ticket number in the subject. Customer previously had to login and view the ticket in their account then return to the the link in the email to send the feedback.
