Last Revised: 26 May 2026

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (this “AUP” or “Policy”) governs the usage of all products, services, and network infrastructure provided by Greens Twenty Four Seven, LLC and Greens Twenty Four Seven, LTD (collectively, “Greens247”). This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Greens247 Universal Terms of Service (UTOS) and the Hosting & Security Services Agreement.

By utilizing our network, you agree to comply with this AUP. The primary intent of this Policy is to protect the security, reliability, and privacy of Greens247’s network, our customers, and the broader internet community. Greens247 reserves the sole and absolute right to determine what constitutes a violation of this AUP.

1. Illegal and Prohibited Content

You may not use Greens247’s network or servers to publish, transmit, or store any content that is illegal under applicable local, national, or international law, or that Greens247 deems highly objectionable. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

Child Exploitation: Any material that depicts, encourages, or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation. Greens247 has a zero-tolerance policy and will immediately terminate the account and report the activity to the relevant law enforcement agencies.

Terrorism and Violence: Content that incites violence, promotes terrorist organizations, or provides instructions on creating weapons or executing violent acts.

Fraud and Phishing: Sites engaged in identity theft, credit card fraud, phishing, financial scams, or the distribution of counterfeit goods.

Intellectual Property Violations: Hosting or distributing copyrighted materials, trademarks, or trade secrets without the express authorization of the intellectual property owner.

2. Network Abuse and Security

You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity that compromises the security, stability, or operational integrity of the Greens247 network or any third-party network. Prohibited network activities include:

Denial of Service (DoS / DDoS): Launching, initiating, or participating in any Denial of Service attacks, packet flooding, or network traffic amplification.

Malicious Software: Distributing viruses, malware, ransomware, trojans, worms, or any software intended to compromise a computer system.

System Scanning and Probing: Unauthorized port scanning, vulnerability probing, or packet sniffing of Greens247’s network or external networks.

IP Spoofing: Forging TCP/IP packet headers or engaging in any activity intended to obscure the true origin of network traffic.

Open Proxies and VPNs: Operating public/open proxies, Tor exit nodes, or open recursive DNS resolvers that can be leveraged for abuse.

3. Resource Abuse

Greens247’s shared and cloud environments are designed to host standard web applications. You may not utilize our infrastructure in a manner that creates an unfair burden on shared resources. The following are strictly prohibited across all hosting tiers unless expressly permitted in a customized Enterprise/Dedicated contract:

Cryptocurrency Mining: Operating any script, software, or node designed to mine cryptocurrencies (e.g., Bitcoin, Monero). This applies to all Shared, VPS, and Dedicated servers.

Continuous Media Streaming: Utilizing shared hosting environments as a platform for continuous, enterprise-scale video or audio streaming (e.g., operating an internet radio station or streaming tube).

Data Warehousing: Using shared hosting accounts strictly as off-site backup repositories, file dumps, or mirror scripts for external servers.

Aggressive Web Scraping: Running unthrottled web scrapers, bots, or automated crawlers that continuously consume high CPU/RAM resources or generate excessive network outbound traffic.

4. Zero-Tolerance Spam Policy (UCE)

Greens247 enforces a strict, zero-tolerance policy against the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM over our network.

Prohibited Email Activity: You may not send bulk unsolicited emails, maintain open SMTP relays, or use third-party networks to send SPAM that contains links directing recipients to a website hosted on Greens247.

Mailing Lists: Any bulk mailing lists must be strictly "opt-in" and include a clear, automated method for recipients to unsubscribe. You must maintain verifiable records of user consent.

IP Blacklisting: If your server or hosting account causes a Greens247 IP address to be listed on a recognized spam blocklist (e.g., Spamhaus, Barracuda, Abusix), your account will be immediately suspended. You may be subject to a remediation and delisting fee before services are restored.

5. Customer Security Responsibilities

For unmanaged servers (VPS and Dedicated) and the application layer of Managed cPanel/Plesk servers, you are solely responsible for the security of your environment.

Compromised Accounts: If your website, script, or server is compromised by a third party and used to violate this AUP (e.g., a hacked WordPress site sending SPAM), you remain entirely responsible for the violation.

Patching and Passwords: You must utilize strong, secure passwords and keep all third-party software, scripts, and plugins updated to their latest secure versions.

Outbound Filtering and Auditing: All outbound email traffic is mandatorily routed through our automated spam and virus filtering gateways. Attempting to bypass these gateways, or repeatedly triggering outbound spam blocks, constitutes a direct violation of this AUP and will result in immediate account suspension.

6. Enforcement and Remediation

Greens247 reserves the right to take immediate action to stop any AUP violation.

Suspension and Termination: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Services at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine you have violated this AUP.

No Refunds: Accounts terminated due to AUP violations will not be eligible for any refunds, prorated or otherwise.

Law Enforcement: Greens247 fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies and may disclose customer information, server data, and network logs if legally mandated by a valid subpoena or court order in the applicable jurisdiction (Egypt or the UK).
