cPanel is facing issues with SSL certificates. The issue is causing a delay for new certificates to be issued or old certificates to be renewed.
cPanel Official Statement:
We are currently experiencing issuance delays with Sectigo SSL Certificates. This is causing an extended delay in ticket response times. Please see and follow https://go.cpanel.net/UPS417 for updates as we issue them.

Why are SSL certificates issued by Sectigo being delayed?
Answer
The reason for this typically is due to an upstream issue with Sectigo. When a certificate request has been initiated you'll need to wait up to 24 hours for the order to complete.

If after 24 hours the SSL certificate has not been issued and installed please let us know so that we can further assist as needed.
